Unplugged Creative Community Kickoff
Join us for our first gathering of the Unplugged Creative Community! This is a free event open to all ages and everyone is welcome. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
The goal of this community is to provide a relaxing environment to gather, share ideas, and lean into your creative side. We will host monthly Unplugged Creative Community gatherings going forward.
Share your artistic skills with others, bring your own project to work on, or just come to be in community with others.
Refreshments will be served. Simple art materials will be available for use.

Candlelight Sunset Yoga
Join us for a relaxing evening of candlelight yoga taught by Annie Humphrey in our Giinawind Creative Space. This class is beginner friendly and will be focused on calm, stretching motions.
Open to all. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
Please bring your own yoga mat.

Zaasaakwe Designs Fashion Show
Visit the MAC for a fashion show presented by Terri LaDuke and Annie Humphrey on May 3 at 7 pm. Their show will focus on the beauty of creating fashion through found objects, the power of buying second hand clothing, learning to repair clothes, and education around the fashion industry.
Free will donation will be taken.

First Friday ARTIST RECEPTION
First Fridays year-round, 4 - 7 pm

Join us each month for the opening of our latest exhibition and come together with other businesses, organizations, and artists in downtown Grand Rapids to celebrate our creative community! MAC’s First Friday receptions are part of the First Friday Art Walk, sponsored by Grand Rapids Arts.
